The place looked beautiful when I arrived, almost like a doll's house, with everything sparkling and new. I was unsure because there weren't many reviews, but the bright, attractive building made a great impression. I stayed one night and was very impressed for the price. I hope they keep it up, as I'd stay again if I return to Chiang Rai.
A great place to work or travel from, with friendly service and bicycles guests can use. It's quiet and clean, and the design is lovely with lots of greenery. They also pay attention to the environment and recycling.
The rooms had excellent amenities, and the owner, manager, and staff really made the stay. They went out of their way to make things pleasant. I stayed three nights in March 2023 at The Viera Chiang Rai Hotel, and left feeling like I'd said goodbye to old and new friends.
Under 800 thb per room, with breakfast included. If you want a new budget hotel that's sparkling clean and has thoughtful service from the staff, this is the one.
The crew gave good service, and my room was comfortable and clean.
