Twinpalms MontAzure Phuket

The team at Twinpalms MontAzure made us feel looked after from the minute we arrived. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and professional, and their warmth made the trip feel special. We spent nine days at the resort and loved being able to walk straight onto the beach. It’s a peaceful, scenic spot, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh choices each morning. Our room was spacious, attractive, and comfortable, and we liked the resort’s elegant design. The one thing that could use a little more attention is room cleanliness. It didn’t take away much from an otherwise lovely stay, and we’d happily come back.

A lovely, calm place to unwind, with palms all around and a peaceful spot on Kamala Beach. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with good quality throughout. The staff were so welcoming. They greeted us with a flower bracelet and a glass of champagne, with a non-alcoholic option too. We had a charming, relaxing stay and would recommend it.

The spacious room and friendly service were the best parts for me. The hotel also looks good and is well located, but I didn’t think the price was great value. There was some recognition of my Hilton membership, with free breakfast for two, but no upgrade or late checkout. In the room, complimentary amenities were limited, though there were plenty of add-ons to choose from. The charging outlets were awkwardly placed, so I couldn’t plug my phone in properly beside the bed. Breakfast was mixed. Made-to-order dishes were good, but Thai choices were sparse and the bakery was below average. At 1000 baht++ for breakfast, it doesn’t compare well with the Intercontinental next door. If you’re looking for an immersive Thai stay, this probably isn’t the strongest choice.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and it became one of the best parts of our trip. The staff were incredible, and we loved the sea views, modern rooms, quick room service, and well-equipped gym. I’d highly recommend it.
