The balcony view was stunning, and the room was exceptionally quiet thanks to the soundproofing. I slept very comfortably, and the customer service was remarkable. The serene setting has a nostalgic feel and seems perfect for making wonderful memories. Of all the places I’ve experienced in Northern Thailand, this one had the finest ambiance and felt among the most opulent. I’ve made it my preferred choice. The value in Lampang is unparalleled. I found the hotel while looking for a unique, extraordinary experience like the one I had here. Thanks for the hospitality, and all the best.

The mattresses were soft and comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the Daikin inverter air conditioner was very quiet. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and it’s good value for money. One downside is that sound carries easily because there isn’t much soundproofing.

From 6:00 to 7:10, a child from a Thai family staying in a room kept opening and slamming the door while playing. It was very loud. The hotel’s exterior sound insulation isn’t good, either. You can clearly hear people talking in the corridor and doors closing. I hope guests will show basic consideration so everyone can rest quietly. The floor was dirty, with lots of hair and dust. There were no small towels, just two large bath towels.

The location is a little far from the 'old town' area, but a Grab taxi was only 70 baht. There’s no gym or pool, which is to be expected at this price. For what I paid, the room was really amazing. I stayed in the Deluxe room, with a big, comfortable bed, a smart TV with Netflix, and a very modern, clean bathroom. A great hotel in Lampang.
