The lovely room and its private pool were the best parts of our stay at Villa Villa Pattaya. It felt cozy and luxurious, and that pool gave us a real sense of privacy. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the experience didn't match the price. I was pregnant and picked it hoping for a calm, comfortable break. I left feeling the service, management, and treatment of guests fell well below an acceptable standard, and I won't stay at Villa Villa Pattaya again. The pool was often full of leaves and flowers and rarely cleaned. There were few staff, service was slow, and no one properly attended to the pool area. Even though there were seats in the water, there wasn't a proper pool bar service. We had to call reception to order drinks, and ours arrived warm. Breakfast was far below what I expected in Thailand, with very little choice. The bathtub was another letdown: the hot water ran out halfway through filling it, so I couldn't use it. Check-out was the worst part. Reception got confused over several bills, even though the charges were legitimate and we were willing to pay them all. Rather than sorting it out calmly, the manager raised his voice and shouted at us. That's completely unacceptable treatment for paying guests.

Everyone on staff was so polite and went out of their way to help. It was a quiet, pleasant place to get away and unwind. I was a bit shy about showering outdoors at first, but now I kind of miss it, lol.

Pretty okay, though I wouldn't return. The room was nice and had a bathtub, but the place is really isolated. There were power outages, and breakfast was basic by Thailand standards. Staffing was bare minimum too, there was nobody at reception on duty at 8am on a Saturday.

If a quiet, restful stay is what you're after, this place fits. We had the hotel to ourselves and it was very peaceful. The rooms were clean, the hotel was beautifully kept, and the pool was nice. The restaurant was outstanding, with some of the best Thai food I've had. It's a bit off the grid. The staff were friendly and attentive, and handled the small issues and requests promptly. I liked it so much that I came back for a couple of days after a beach break.

Every corner and the overall design of this hotel really suit my taste. I wish I could have stayed longer.
