The rooms are comfortable and well priced, and the location is good. If you want a quiet night's sleep, choose a room with a balcony facing another balcony. The other rooms look onto a loud road, and it gets noisy in the morning. Cleaning service costs 500baths, which is a bit expensive, though you may not need it for a short stay. I recommend this place.

Finding the place was difficult, since from the street there's only a small sign, and there's no front desk. Room service costs extra, 500 THB. The air conditioning, fan, microwave, and kettle were all working.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The studio is in a handy spot, with scooter rental right outside. My only gripe was that the room didn't get much natural light, though on holiday I was only there to sleep. Thanks to the whole team. I'd happily recommend the place.

The location was excellent, with everything in walking distance, and the cleaning was done very well. We also got prompt help when the room assigned to us by email was occupied: we reached the owner through Booking.com and someone came right away to move us to another room. Maybe we were just unlucky, but this was the worst room of our four-week trip around Thailand. It was run-down, with an old ceiling, water pooling in the bathroom, very thin walls, and a balcony view straight into another hotel so close it seemed you could jump across.
