The bathroom was a highlight: it’s spacious, with strong shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Just be aware that you have to step into a low bath to use the shower. The room itself was a good size and fairly comfortable, but the mattress was very soft and lumpy and seems ready to be replaced. The advertised garden and balcony view turned out to look mostly onto the neighbouring car park, with the garden down at the base of the building. Staff were friendly and useful, especially when reception gave us directions to the bus stations and explained local transport. Breakfast had a broad mix of hot and cold food, plus a machine with several hot drinks. During busy times, tables could have been cleared faster. The pool was a decent size, though its loungers need new mattresses. The gym was roomy, but the air conditioning didn’t cool it enough. Wifi worked well. It was a pleasant stay, with a few things that could be better.

The service was what stood out to me. Housekeeping carefully cleaned the room each day, and the breakfast team worked quickly. There was a good range at the buffet, with fresh waffles and pancakes that I really enjoyed. Having laundry machines on site is handy for a longer visit. If you’d rather use an outside laundromat, there’s one in Central Marina on Second Road. The hotel sits in Pattaya Soi 4, so getting around was easy. The building and facilities are showing their age, but the thorough cleaning made that fine for me. Shower pressure was a little weak, though reasonable for this price. Rooms have a physical key and a tablet-style master switch. It isn’t a place for someone seeking pure luxury, but it has what I need for a practical stay, including a pool and sauna. A reliable, well-balanced place. I’d happily stay here again.

Great spot and a very good hotel. The room I booked had already been allocated, so they upgraded me at no charge to one with a two-seater sofa. The gym has some decent equipment and dumbbells, though I wouldn’t expect too much from it. In the room, there was no tissue, the TV channels were fuzzy, and they supplied a combined shampoo and body wash instead of separate products.

We’d stay here again, but would ask for a lower floor facing the pool. We were on the eighth floor on the street side, and the room got sun for most of the day. The blinds had to stay closed, which wasn’t ideal. Rooms looking inward toward the pool are probably quieter. The hotel is older but very well located. The shared spaces, especially the breakfast room and gym, need a deep clean. The gym was really dusty and dirty. On one day when the regular breakfast staff were off, the food was poor, tables were left dirty with piles of plates, and they ran out of food. It took some prompting before staff started cleaning and cooking.
