The covered indoor space with tables and chairs is huge, and everything was very clean. Our stay felt comfortable, and the hotel is still attractive, though the interior sits somewhere between practical and ready for an update. The showerhead is badly scaled and water comes out of only a few nozzles. We had a good time here.

The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The room was acceptable for the price, though the hotel is older and shows it. Breakfast was a mixed bag for us: the tropical dining area has plants and a fish canal around the outside, and the chef makes fried or scrambled eggs when you sit down. There wasn't much choice, and we didn't enjoy the food much, though that's just our taste. For the price, I'd stay again. The staff really were great.

Breakfast was better than I expected for what we paid per night. Service was attentive and careful, and the room was clean and quiet. They provide toiletries and free Wi-Fi. The old-fashioned exterior could give the wrong impression.

The garden inside the building, where meals are served, is beautiful, and the location is quiet despite being where it is. Big C shopping centre is close, with Tesco Lotus just a few minutes away by car. Ayutthaya and its historical sites are also nearby. The rooms are nice and have good facilities. A good place to stay while visiting the area.

The air conditioning barely worked, and the power outlets had no power. We booked through AGODA and weren't given the room we had reserved at first. The listing also made it sound like there was a restaurant, but it had been closed for years. As far as I could tell, we were the only guests.
