I loved staying here and will keep coming back when I visit Phuket, which will probably be often. The rooms are comfortable, have all the facilities guests need, and get cleaned daily. There’s also a swimming pool for extra relaxation. The staff are cheerful, lovely, and so helpful. Ms Kiki was especially attentive to details, had a jolly personality, and help was available anytime, which made things convenient. They rent motorbikes at a reasonable price. Thanks so much!

There’s a slight hill on the way here, about a 10-minute walk from the city centre, so getting there takes a bit of effort. But the staff are warm and caring, the room was nice, and the air conditioning worked well. They provided fresh beach towels every day at no extra charge, and being able to pay on arrival was very helpful.

The pool was amazing, and the hotel was very clean and quiet. It’s a little far from patong center, about a 15-minute walk, or you can rent a pick for 50bat. The receptionist girl was very strict about checkout at 12:00pm 😂.

The resort is nice, and the location in Phuket is good. There are a few things they don’t provide: just two half-liter bottles of drinking water per day for two people, which wasn’t enough for us; no toothbrush or toothpaste, no tea bags or electric kettle, and no arrangements with local tour operators or bike rentals.

I booked through Booking, but when I arrived the hotel had no network. The person there kicked me out and showed me no respect. It’s a very bad hotel, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay.
