During my three nights in January, this was the best hotel of my time in Thailand. It's just a block from the beach, and the open-air lobby feels warm and welcoming. My room was spacious and well kept, with quick, easy-to-use Wi-Fi. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the pool bar was nice with generous food portions.

The restaurant wasn't good, so I'd save your money there. The coffee and tea were good, though. Our room was clean and a nice size, with a pleasant balcony to relax on. The beach is across the street, and restaurants and shops are a short walk away. It's a busy tourist area, so try somewhere else if you want a quieter, more secluded spot. Staff were friendly, and housekeeping kept our room clean.

The rooftop pool at The Charm Patong was a highlight, especially for relaxing with a drink and watching the sunset. My room was modern, spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful all the way through, always going above and beyond. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet the area stayed quiet at night. Highly recommend it for a Patong visit.

This was my second stay at Charm hotel patong beach, and I'll be back again. The location is great for beachfront Patong, and the staff were friendly and helpful all around. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich with chips every other day. Five stars from me, and I'd recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you guys again, khrap.

The staff were helpful and let us keep one room across several reservations. Breakfast had a good variety. But the Wi-Fi was very unstable, and the pool access rooms felt short on atmosphere. Though close to Patong Beach, the hotel is far from most attractions, so we needed taxis everywhere. Noise from a nearby bar went on until 2-3 a.m. The shower temperature kept fluctuating, and there were mosquitoes and ants in the room. They also asked for an unusual $100 cash deposit. The service staff were good, but the property needs improvement.
