Staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I had a pleasant weekend at Airport Resort Hotel while attending EDC festival. It's in an excellent location, about a 20-minute walk from the airport. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I enjoyed having a bathtub for a soak. I didn't use the other amenities. The one problem was WiFi: I was at the far end of the hotel and it didn't reach my room. Even so, I'd recommend staying here.

The garden and pool felt quiet and cozy, and we could walk to the beach, Buddhist temples, and a small national park. We stayed in one of the villas, which was cheap and worked for four of us since we only needed somewhere to sleep for a night. I liked the hotel.

The rooms are really comfortable, and the garden and pool are lovely. It’s also close to the airport and the beach. But we’re paying more here than almost anywhere else in Thailand, and the WiFi is barely fast enough to write this, around 50 kBit/s. Watching anything is completely out of the question. If the price works for you and you don’t mind the internet, those are the upsides.

The room was clean and not especially old, and the compound is spacious. It felt worth the price, though shops and a minimart are a bit far away. A Grab car from the airport costs 200 THB.

The room was dark, and the toilet was filthy, it hadn’t even been flushed. I asked the front desk to get someone to clean it, but she immediately refused and said there was nobody available. Such frustrating service, a horrible experience.
