The place was clean and nice, with plenty of space, but there was no parking and nobody seemed able to tell us where to leave the car. The cot for the third person was VERY uncomfortable, so they ended up sleeping on the 3ft couch.

We were a family of four and the two-bedroom apartment worked well for us. The room was fantastic and had amazing views. The owner was super helpful and gave us an introduction to Antalya at check-in. It’s in the old town, with dining and shopping options all around within walking distance. The tram on Ataturk Cd can take you to most tourist spots. Getting there may look difficult on Google Maps, but taxis can drive right up to the apartment entrance.

The day manager was a kind, proactive woman who went out of her way to help us when we brought up issues after our outings. Unfortunately, that couldn’t erase how unpleasant the first two nights were. The night manager was consistently dismissive and unhelpful, and those experiences were too dramatic to overlook. We arrived late at night to find the entrance down a dark, unwelcoming alley. It’s conveniently close to the old town, but getting there felt unsettling. We’d read the reviews beforehand and hadn’t seen a single negative one. After our stay, the overwhelmingly positive ratings seem suspicious, and I’ll be more skeptical of such reviews. The washing machines and dryers looked clean but smelled foul when used. We had to clean them ourselves, which was frustrating during a long stay. Many rooms face west and get unbearably hot in the evening. The air conditioning didn’t cool them properly, leaving us uncomfortable after long days out. We booked for three but were given only two sets of towels. When I asked for another, the male manager refused, saying that wasn’t their policy. On our first day, the stove looked functional but didn’t work. We relied on the microwave and didn’t report it at first. After I left a review, management replied dismissively that it worked, which I consider dishonest. I’ve stayed in many serviced apartments around the world, and this one was particularly disappointing and misleading. The website and photos look promising, but the reality was far from it. An extended stay brought several problems that staff seemed unwilling or unable to address. I can’t recommend it and suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and accommodating place.

The apartment was much bigger than expected and looked beautiful, almost brand new. Having a microwave, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher was very convenient. We chose Arkk Homes mainly for the location, and it worked out even better than we hoped: two minutes on foot from Hadrian Gate and the main street, with lots of restaurants, tram and bus stops, and a taxi station nearby. The marina and grand bazaar are a ten-minute walk away. The staff were very nice, especially the receptionist, who was friendly and always tried to sort out our problems. She even helped us find a bag we’d left in a taxi. We checked in late, around 11pm, and someone was waiting outside the hotel to welcome us and hand over the keys.
