We loved the stay enough to add another day to our booking. The team sorted out a slight smell in the room and an ashtray with cigarettes left on the small balcony area as soon as we raised it, and we had no further problems. The location worked well for the city centre, a lovely beach, and day trips, with local tour routes often passing nearby. We had misunderstood the balcony situation; the hotel hadn't promised one or given misleading information. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was our honeymoon, and the beautiful room decorations they surprised us with made arrival feel special. Breakfast was wonderful, and we'd happily return. :)

Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I found the rooms spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent, and the staff very polite and welcoming. I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The rooftop restaurant had good food and a nice view. My room's AC wasn't working at first, but the staff fixed it quickly. I was assigned a handicapped room, which didn't suit me as a healthy 23 year old male. I mentioned it at the front desk, but there were no other deluxe king rooms available, which I understand. The staff kindly offered to move me if one became available.

Meleke kept checking whether we needed anything, and the chef was always friendly and offered me extras. Breakfast was consistently on point. I had an absolutely amazing stay, and the staff were wonderful. I'd definitely recommend this place and come back.

Esra, the cleaner, was the one bright spot: warm, respectful, and professional. She deserves full recognition. The rest of the service was very poor for a Hilton. We had heavy luggage and weren't offered help, while staff helped other guests who spoke their language. Reception was unfriendly and uninterested, and staff didn't even greet guests in the morning. With so little help and such poor communication, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
