Daylight Rezidans

I came hoping to spend family time, but the stay turned into a disaster and caused a lot of stress. They moved us to a different location, there was no cleanliness or room service, and breakfast was just those funny platters. The property owner couldn’t be reached, and my brother’s Booking.com reservation listed one hotel name while Google maps showed another. They provided nothing, in my experience. Terrible people here. Go at your own risk.

I had to stay for 28 days, even though it was the worst hotel experience of my life. The power outlets didn’t work, there was black mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door had no handle, and the ceiling collapsed. They refused to move me. The AC, hairdryer, shower tap, and TV were broken too, among other problems. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Most of the furniture was broken, dirty, and terrible, and promised features weren’t provided. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t know English. Scammers, liars, and rude people. Don’t book here if you don’t want to waste your money.

The room and bedsheets were dirty, and I had to drag my luggage up and down the alley. Staff mistreated me, and they changed my room to one smaller than the one I’d reserved. The air conditioning was bad too. There was only one power outlet, and it was taken up by the refrigerator, so I couldn’t charge my phone and had to buy an electric tee from a store. There were more things I could mention, but I got tired of writing.

I waited nearly seven hours at reception for a room after arriving early, because they’d said check-in started at 9am. That turned out to be a lie. At first they claimed there was no room for me and wanted me to cancel, but I kept waiting and refused. The room was disgusting and run-down, and it wasn’t an apartment as described. The staff treated me like I was a burden. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
