Nice people and a good hotel, but parking is the main problem. Street parking is free, though if you arrive late there may be no space. Then you’ll need to park in a public lot about a 3-minute walk away, which costs around 3Euro maximum per day.

We spent three weeks here with the family, and it felt like home. Hamzeh is a wonderful person, and all the staff are nice and very helpful. I’ve travelled my whole life and this place is gold. I’m coming back.

Gamze was always quick to help, and Hamza and ever present Ahmet helped make our stay pleasant too. We were here for 10 days and would definitely come back. The rooms are roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. With two metro stations 5-10 minutes away on foot, getting to the old city takes around 25-30minutes. There are lots of local shops for food and groceries, plus nearby local breakfast spots and late night dessert places. It’s a great way to experience everyday life in Istanbul. Thank you.

We asked the staff to clean the room and bring fresh towels during our three-day stay, but nothing had been done when we returned at 6pm, even though we had asked at 9am. They said they were busy and couldn't get to it. When we asked for our money back, they claimed the room wasn't clean, which was exactly why we'd asked them to clean it. We also told them that if they couldn't help, we'd find somewhere else. They agreed, but kept our €100 when we checked out. They refused to refund us. It felt like the family members running the business had forgotten to send someone, then wouldn't apologize. I uploaded photos so people can judge the place themselves. Horrible stay. Scammers.
