The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a nice range to choose from. The location was convenient for exploring Istanbul, though it got a bit noisy at times. Rooms were modern, clean, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly, very helpful, and ready to answer questions or handle requests. Good value for money, and I’d gladly stay again.

Being only about two minutes from public transport made it easy to explore the city, and we could walk to many historic sights from this central location. The staff made our stay feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were always kind and ready to help, and I really enjoyed chatting with them every day. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. One small idea for the future: freshly made fruit juices at breakfast would have been the cherry on top.

The staff made us feel looked after as soon as we arrived. Because cars can’t enter some streets in this historic area during the day, they even walked several blocks to help with our luggage. The location was perfect, and breakfast was delicious. We had an amazing few days here. Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Istanbul.

I got lucky choosing Pell Palace Hotel for my first Istanbul trip. We had a fabulous five days, and now I’m sad to be heading home. The service was lovely, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They sorted tour bookings and gave spot-on food recommendations. The hotel was central to the places we wanted to see. Big love and thanks for making the stay such a great experience.

Pell Palace hotel was fantastic, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Istanbul. It’s just up the road from the main area, so there isn’t much walking. The staff were always happy to help and made the place feel warm and welcoming. Their recommendations and service were both great.
