The rooftop has lovely scenery, and I could feed the birds there. Breakfast was fresh, though the same dishes came around most days. That might bore some people, but it was fine for me, and the food was served well. The receptionist, helper, and woman who prepared breakfast were all kind and informative. They smiled, spoke nicely, and often asked what they could do to help. The room wasn't very big, but it was enough for me, and the shower stayed hot even in the middle of the night, which helped in Istanbul's coldest weather. It's close to Aksaray station, the metro, and the Havaist bus stop, as well as markets, mosques, and other things I needed. For a short trip to Istanbul, this is the best budget hotel in my opinion.

I found this hotel by chance around midnight, without a booking, and the staff welcomed me warmly and helped me out. I stayed two nights, almost three, and had a great experience. Mr. Navid deserves a special mention. He's friendly, polite, and always checks that you're comfortable. Everyone there treated me with respect. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is right in the heart of Istanbul. They also have beautiful panoramic rooms, and the price was fair. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The hotel is in a great spot, right across from the metro in the middle of Aksaray, close to all the great places in Istanbul. The staff were calm and great, and breakfast was good. Navid at reception was especially supportive. We had a nice stay at sultan city hotel.

Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Najet, the chef, greeted us with a warm smile and made delicious food each morning. Her hospitality and attention to detail gave us something to look forward to every day. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Sultan City Hotel, a cozy, welcoming place in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind. It felt like home. Thanks to Najet and the whole team. Highly recommended!

The house cook made us feel at home with a wonderful traditional breakfast. This hotel was a good value for a trip with my parents, and the location is convenient, within walking distance of the trolley. We hope to return on our next trip to Istanbul. Thanks, everyone.
