They sorted out our transfers between the airport and hotel, which was helpful. The location also worked well, with tourist spots, good restaurants and plenty of shops nearby. Everyone was really nice and the rooms were clean. Breakfast tasted good, though I would've preferred proper coffee instead of a coffee bag. There was a cute coffee shop close by where we could pick one up each morning.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location is handy for attractions, restaurants, tram stops and the ferry. The rooms, though, feel dated, and the tables were dusty. The bathroom really needs renovating; it all felt old and unpleasant to use. Breakfast was pretty meagre, so we barely ate there on most days.

The rooms were clean and very cozy, though a little on the small side, and cleanliness was at the highest level. I especially want to mention Omar, Pasha and Rehan khanum, who were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. One nice thing was how well the sound stayed inside the rooms: we couldn't hear Istanbul's noise or our neighbors. I've found other hotels and apartments can be very noisy, especially in a city this loud. Great hotel and staff.

Ömer was especially kind, hats off to him. The staff were all extremely nice, and the hotel itself was pleasant. Our room was simple, but the location was really good.

OMER PASHA was so friendly and helpful, and handled several things for us. Thanks to him, the restaurant lady and the woman who cleaned the room. The hotel was very clean, with nice rooms and a really good, varied breakfast. We were also close to lots of attractions, markets and transport, in a lively area full of lovely restaurants. If I come back to Istanbul, I'd definitely stay at Villa Sweet Hotel again.
