Bulvar Hotel

Muslüm really stood out during our stay at the Bulvar Hotel. He was respectful, warm, and professional, and made us feel welcome from the start. He was always ready to help, and we appreciated his positive attitude and the care he showed. We had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

I spent 5 nights here and could hear literally everything from other guests. The hotel is old, with partition walls and no soundproofing, so I couldn't sleep properly. Worst hotel of my life.

The receptionist was friendly and attentive, but the room had no soundproofing at all. I heard everything from the room next door during my 5-night stay. The hotel is old and the design is outdated. There are plenty of newer hotels nearby, so I wouldn't recommend this one.

The location is very convenient and breakfast was decent, but there are cheaper hotels nearby with better service. The room smelled of smoke, the sink was clogged, and the interior felt dated. Day staff at reception took ages to acknowledge me and were very slow bringing my car around. They hadn't even marked my key with my room number, and mixed it up with another key. At checkout they asked whether I'd used anything from the minibar. I said no, but after checking me out they told me to wait while they inspected the room. I've never had that happen at a hotel before. They tried to charge me for a can of Cola they'd spotted in the bin, even though the Domino's packaging showed it came with my order. It was also a different design from the minibar cans, which were still there from when I checked in. The whole thing was outrageous.
