I enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again on my next visit to Van. Breakfast is included, buffet style, with a decent selection, and the rooms are clean. It's a newer hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the airport and roughly 25 minutes from downtown. Larger rooms are quite spacious. Wi-Fi is available, but staff have to log you in, and access only lasts 24 hours, which gets annoying over a multi-day stay. I'd definitely book online, since counter prices can change, especially if you don't speak Turkish. Google Translate only goes so far, and taxis across Türkiye can be difficult if you don't speak the language. Getting to and from the hotel by taxi can be pricey, and it's easy to be overcharged. I found the bus system hard to figure out too, with no route maps or color codes that made sense. Renting a car at the airport might be the most cost-effective option and gives you more control and flexibility.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and service was very good. My room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast came with the stay and was filling, with lots of choices. There was plenty of off-street parking. The hotel sits on the main road, so it may be noisy if you sleep with the window open. Thanks, Rick. June 19th, 2024

The hotel crew were great, and it was an excellent stay. Mrs. Sephere at reception, hope I got the name right, was a star, always helpful and smiling. Highly recommended. See you next time I'm in Van.

The hotel was very neat and clean, and breakfast was awesome. It's close to the lovely downtown, which is beautiful to see.

The fast, stable WiFi and good breakfast, including omelette and soup, were definite pluses. Our room was spacious, and the hotel was a lot cheaper than the other big-name places nearby. It’s new, so the outside parking area isn’t finished yet, though we still found a spot. The area around it is messy for now and may improve. You can hear the nearby highway, as at the other hotels south of Kas, but earplugs made it fine for me. The pillows were too hard, so I slept on another blanket instead. We also had no hot water on our second evening. There were a few hiccups, but I had a good stay overall.
