I stayed here in 2015 and have nothing bad to say about the guest house. I had to leave early for work, so I didn't try breakfast, but my room was nice, clean, and tidy. The owners and managers were lovely, and I never had any issues. I'd happily recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, with a hot mini bar, and the tap water was safe to drink. The bathroom was small but sufficient. You can walk to the centre, and even to Leith.

I stayed with my mother, and we had a gorgeous room in a lovely old house. The staff were very friendly and the heating was very good. The only small annoyance was hearing other guests slam the front door.

The room was comfortable and cozy, and it was very clean. I'd happily choose this place again next time I'm in Edinburgh.

Great location, just a minute's walk from Leith Walk, and parking was easy. The place was quiet and very clean. Loved it and would definitely stay again.
