The Hoxton Edinburgh gave us a fantastic two-night stay. The room was comfortable and had some quirky touches, including a handwritten card and Iron Bru that made it feel personal. Breakfast and both dinners we ate there were consistently delicious, with service that felt polished but relaxed. The team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Everyone was friendly, attentive and easygoing, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The lobby also stood out: lively, spacious and comfortable for sitting, meeting or unwinding. It has room to breathe without feeling either crowded or overwhelming. Getting around was easy from the Haymarket tram stop, whether we were heading to Princes Street or travelling to and from the airport. Staying a little away from Princes Street itself was a bonus, since we could avoid the crowds and still reach everything easily. We couldn't fault the stay and would happily come back. It's a brilliant base for Edinburgh, and an easy recommendation.

This was a last-minute stay, and I'm so glad I went. The cosy room is small, as the name suggests, but spotless, with a huge, super-comfy bed and a lovely bathroom and shower. Even this cheaper room was impeccable. The hotel is gorgeous, with a stunning interior and beautiful decor. The lobby is lovely too, and the staff were the best I've experienced in years. They were attentive, friendly and incredibly helpful. I honestly can't recommend it enough. A fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be back.

I had a great stay at Hoxton and would choose it again. The hotel is a warm, cosy, hipster sanctuary, with beautiful, comfortable rooms and a fabulous rain shower. Once I figured out how to make the water warmer, it was great. The facilities are lovely too, especially the bar, restaurant and lobby. It was nice seeing people use the space to meet, read and socialise. Haymarket station is just minutes away, and the tram gets you into Edinburgh in 5-10 minutes. You can also walk in about 20 minutes and enjoy the neighbourhoods along the way. I faced the street, but the noise was minimal. Deliveries woke me around 6-8am, which was annoying, though I got back to sleep. There are delicious places to eat very close by. As a huge pizza fan, I'd say check out Pizza 1926 on Dalry Rd, Pizza Geeks Dalry rd and Social by Matto on west Maitland st.

Probably the best Hoxton we've visited so far. Everything was on point, from the rooms and breakfast to the lobby and, especially, the staff. Claire was so kind and gave us great recommendations. Edward and the other breakfast and lobby waiters were always lovely and helpful. Stefano, the luggage porter, was dedicated and very kind in looking after us. We had a perfect stay. The staff were the highlight of our fantastic 24 hours at the Hoxton. Tom made me a wonderful matcha, Maddie served a lovely lunch, and friendly Edward brought me an incredible fish burger for dinner. The hotel is beautiful and well located, and it's dog friendly too. Our room was lovely, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the toiletry products were nice. Can't wait to stay again!
