Valeria and Daria made arriving with our little one so much easier. They arranged an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, which we really appreciated after traveling. The doormen were lovely too, always smiling and taking a moment to chat with our child. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great spot, and our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. But it was the warmth of everyone we met, and how cared for they made us feel, that turned a great stay into a perfect one. We’ve just left and are already looking forward to coming back.

We booked a suite, and having a separate living area made it easy to work, relax, and spread out. The balcony was a lovely bonus. Outside, you’re close to parks, shopping, and great restaurants, while the hotel feels tucked away from the rush. The design has a calm, understated Mayfair feel, with natural textures, greenery, and soft lighting. It’s stylish but comfortable, never flashy. What really stayed with us was the service: the doormen were genuinely welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the whole team was helpful and attentive without hovering. It all felt natural. We’ll be back.

We always look forward to breakfast at Dovetail. The food is excellent and there’s plenty to choose from, so please keep the menu just as it is! Sylvia takes such good care of us, remembers the little things, and brings so much joy to our mornings. Paulo is just as lovely, always smiling, kind, and helpful. The reception team were wonderful too. Daria, if I’ve remembered her name right, sorted out any small issues quickly and professionally. Everyone seems to really care about making guests feel welcome. This is our favourite place to stay in London, and it feels like a home away from home. We’ll keep coming back.

It felt like home here. The little touches made me happy, from the elevator already waiting downstairs to the wine, dessert bites, and notes we’d find when we came back. The heated toilet was another nice surprise. Our room had loads of space, a huge balcony, and a ridiculously comfortable bed. Everyone working here was helpful and accommodating. I can’t imagine choosing another place in London.

We brought our little dog for my husband's 30th, and the staff were so sweet to him. They had a bed, bowls, treats, and even poo bags and wipes ready in the room. For the birthday, they decorated with 30 balloons, champagne, cake, and a lovely note for him. The food and drinks were great, and the atmosphere was lovely. Everyone was friendly and happy to help with things like reservations. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.
