I had an emergency and the team let me check in earlier than planned, which I really appreciated after booking at the last minute. Reception is available 24/7. There are no elevators, but someone can take your luggage upstairs for you. I think it works really well for business travellers. Thanks especially to Majeed and the rest of the team for being so accommodating.

I only stayed overnight, but the friendly service from Jeffery and Andre made a great impression. My room was tiny, though spotless and modern, and the bathroom was up to date. The shower pressure was insanely good. The price was great for the location, which I'd recommend exploring too. I'd definitely return.

Joanne and Abdullahi at reception were so pleasant and helpful throughout our three-day visit. The rooms were peaceful and well equipped, though small. It's a convenient spot, and we'd stay again.

We paid over 2000 CHF for three nights in what was advertised as a family suite for five, with three double beds. Instead, we got three tiny separate rooms on one floor, connected only by a regular shared hotel hallway that had been presented as private space. The room setup was misleading, and the corridor had glass doors, stayed lit, and was under video surveillance. We only realized that after walking through it in our underwear, believing it was private. That felt deeply inappropriate and possibly illegal. The rooms were about 2m by 2.5m, with barely enough space to open a suitcase and no wardrobe. The so-called double beds were only 140 cm wide, too small for two people. We also had to use spoons to stop the doors from locking automatically. The receptionist was kind, but overwhelmed on her first day. After an hour of calls, she could only confirm that the hallway counted as part of the suite. There was no compensation or alternative offered. I can't understand how this hotel claims to be four stars. It was an awful, uncomfortable experience with misleading marketing. Avoid it.
