Having an evening restaurant on site is a welcome extra, and this remains our first choice. The staff are brilliant and breakfast is spot on. It’s also a perfect base for nearby tourist attractions or shopping at Gunwharf Quays. We’ve had another very enjoyable stay and hope to come back for longer next time.

Breakfast was delicious and seemed to use good quality ingredients. The room was clean and cosy, and the seafront is close by. The staff were lovely and accommodating. I had to leave in a hurry at 7.30am, so they let me place my breakfast order the night before, which really helped put me at ease. They also kept my luggage for the day. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here twice now and highly recommend it for Portsmouth. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, and breakfast is very good. Everyone on staff was friendly and efficient. Parking is limited, but they gave us a permit for the local area when we arrived, and we had no trouble finding a nearby space.

The staff were friendly, and it was nice to see overnight porridge on the breakfast menu for anyone who doesn’t fancy a fry-up. Breakfast had a good variety. Our room and ensuite were lovely and clean. Booking a parking space makes things much easier.

We’ll stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeously decorated, and the bed was so comfortable.
