For a cheap price, it’s an average hotel. The duvet cover and towel were stained, so I didn’t use either, and it was very loud. Apart from that, no issues.

The people working there were really lovely and friendly, and the rooms are cheap. They’re not great, but you get what you pay for. The room door wouldn’t stay shut, which feels dangerous if someone’s following you. There’s no railing in the shower, and the tub is quite deep, so that’s a serious safety hazard.

At £40, this place was worth the money when I stayed last year. This year it cost £80, but still only felt worth £40. The room door opened straight outside, more like a motel than a hotel, and it wouldn’t shut properly. Vertical blinds instead of curtains let the streetlights glare in. The TV was tiny and its remote didn’t work. The heating was out, the place felt dirty and unsafe, and the beds were terrible. There were barking dogs and rude, ignorant staff. At the old price I might have put up with it, but you can find much better for £80. Stay away unless you’re desperate.

We had two rooms, both okay and cheap, though one had mould in the shower room. The rest was fine. Service was practically absent: we were lucky to find someone to check us in, and didn’t see anybody else during the stay. I think the staff also have a car service. The parking lot was full of old cars that didn’t work, so visitors had to park on the sidewalk.

Utter rubbish. The place needs a proper tidy up, with weeds everywhere and the litter bins overflowing. Rowdy youngsters kept me awake one night in the early hours. The lights weren’t working, and it took me a full-time job just to get to work. I’ve seen bigger TVs in a Wendy house. You won’t see me back there.
