The whole property felt dirty, and there was plywood where AC units had been removed. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, everything smelled of smoke. Breakfast was awful: waffles, white bread, coffee, and sugary cereal. There were no tissues, and the tub floor was slippery with no grab bars, which felt very dangerous. They call it dog friendly, but there’s nowhere to walk a dog, no grass, and dog poop all over the parking lot. I don't know how it got a 9.4 Excellent rating on Booking.com.

Stephanie, the manager, is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, and the management is outstanding. Housekeeping does great work. If you're staying several days, they knock each morning to check whether you need anything, and they have what you need with them. The breakfast is very good too. There’s a fitness room, pool, and guest laundry, and all the amenities work. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

The price was the best part, and I’d definitely recommend the place. I nearly skipped it because of older reviews, but saw they were from 2023 and took a chance. I'm glad I did, since it looks like they’ve made some updates. My room was spacious and clean, the staff were kind, and it was quiet. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. I went down for breakfast at 8:30, before it ended at 9, but there was nothing left, so I didn't get any.

For the price, I'd definitely stay again. The lobby looked dingy, but my room was excellent and the staff were friendly. There was some highway noise, though that's to be expected.
