River's Edge Convention Center

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t return. We’d tried to book when it was under Choice and called Quality Inn, but it had recently been purchased and was being remodeled. With the highway closed, getting in meant taking a bumpy dirt road. The place felt sketchy. My card was charged by a company out of Florida, and the final amount was almost $35 more than the amount on my confirmation. Also, don’t pay extra for the Riverview, there isn’t much of a view.

Wouldn’t stay here again. The pool was closed, and they lied about providing day passes to the waterpark. The ice machines and room phone didn’t work, and the vending machines were empty. Brown water poured from the shower and sink, so we couldn’t shower. Breakfast was cold and customer service was poor.

I’ve stayed here three times over the past three years, each time for a convention. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. As a convention center, they really excel, going above and beyond to meet attendees’ requests.

The staff were accommodating and friendly, and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our time there. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and plan to come back for another fun visit. I highly recommend Quality Inn and Riversedge Convention Center for family events, and for families looking for things to enjoy at any age.
