Executive Inn Suites Covington

I haven’t stayed at the hotel myself, but people I know have, and they say it’s great.

The room was in awful shape, with dust everywhere, a crumbling popcorn ceiling, and a filthy shower area covered in hair from previous guests. The woman at the window didn’t make me feel welcome either. She took a while to find my reservation and seemed annoyed that I was checking in late. I can see why rooms were still available that late. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s absolutely your last option.

Our second room was better and didn’t have the bad smell, though the floor still had visible dirt and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The first room was extremely dirty. It was supposed to be nonsmoking, but smelled strongly of cigarettes; the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests and had hair in the tub. Dirt was visible on the floors, and both the microwave and refrigerator were visibly dirty too.

My son drew in the tub with washable crayons, which come off with water and a rag. A woman demanded that I pay $100 for cleaning, even though that was more than the room cost for the night. I explained that spraying it with cleaner and water would take it off, but she said she was putting me in jail. The people here were completely disrespectful. It seems like they just don’t want to clean with spray. I wouldn’t stay here for any reason. Sleep in your car first.
