The rooms are comfortable and modern, but getting real sleep is tough. The highway brings constant traffic noise, and the AC units are very loud. Even with mine off, I could hear the units in nearby rooms running. Earplugs feel almost necessary. Breakfast was pretty limited, with just basic choices.

My worst Marriott experience by far. I was charged a smoking fee without being told beforehand, even though I don't smoke and didn't smoke in the room. I had a guest who smoked outside, and staff allegedly claimed the smell followed them back, but there wasn't any smell in the room. The manager communicated poorly, and I felt they were eager to charge smoking fees and more interested in money than fairness. The rooms are newer and the bar was okay, though it closes much too early. Breakfast was awful and had no variety, and the hotel didn't have much else to offer. I wouldn't return unless someone booked it for me free, and I'd advise others not to visit.

After years of loyalty, I won't stay at this or any other Marriott again. We arrived with my family to find our reservation had been canceled. They said an email had gone out while I was driving, saying the card on file was declined and the booking would be canceled if I didn't respond within four hours. Nobody called or tried another way to reach me. The only option they offered when we got there was a King room for my family of four. They made no other effort to help.

The rooms were immaculate and roomy, with a king bed plus a separate desk and sitting area. They even had West Elm furniture. The lobby was clean, and check-in took hardly any time. For the price, this is one of the nicest SpringHill Suites I've stayed at. The property is very well kept.
