The courtesy shuttle and nearby M Line trolley made getting around easy. I had a delicious breakfast served quickly by Juan, who was amazing. I ordered avocado toast with poached eggs, orange juice, coffee, and a toasted English muffin with jam. My room was huge and had all the basics I needed, including toiletries, an iron, and a dressing gown. There were plenty of staff to greet guests, and both valet parking and reception were very efficient. I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a great three-day stay last week. Everyone working there was professional and extremely nice. The car service was quick and lovely, and the drivers were wonderful, with useful recommendations for shopping and dining. The front desk was great, and pool service was outstanding. Housekeeping was a teensy bit spotty, but everything else was just sublime. Thank you all!

The complimentary ride service within 3 miles made getting around the city easy. I also enjoyed the spa and paid massage services, the sparkling pool, and the in-house dining and signature cocktails at the restaurant and bar. Hotel ZaZa Dallas Uptown felt comfortable and elegant from the moment I walked in. The staff greeted me with smiles and were courteous, always ready to open a door or lend a hand. Their attention to guest comfort made the stay memorable. My room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, with a plush bed, chic interiors, and a nice balance of luxury and home-like comfort. To me, Hotel ZaZa Dallas Uptown is more than a hotel, it’s a whole hospitality experience. Every moment felt relaxing and cared for, whether visiting for business or leisure.

The service really stood out. The valet, front desk, and restaurant teams were all friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spacious, with a comfortable couch and chairs, and the bed was very comfortable too. Hot water came almost instantly, which I can’t always say. The stay exceeded my expectations and was a great experience.

Hotel ZaZa deserves an 11 out of 10. We came to Dallas for a weekend concert getaway and loved the beautiful, clean, comfortable room, which had all the amenities you could imagine. Coffee and hot tea were waiting each morning when we woke up. The staff were fantastic and had great suggestions for the area. The location was wonderful, close to AT & T performing arts center and lots of nice restaurants.
