It’s a nice place and the staff were great, but there was poop or a hairball in the pool and the chlorine was very strong. I also didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included. I was told $147, but it turned into more than $200 plus $20. I don’t know what to make of it.

For $200 a night, I had to make my own bed and the room keys didn’t work. There was hair and bugs in the bathroom, and the highway noise was loud. The hot tub hasn’t worked for months, so maybe remove its photos as an amenity if you don’t plan to fix it. This isn’t worth the price. A Super 8 motel would be better value.

I was in town for UD events, and this was a great place to stay. The bed and accommodations were clean and comfortable, and having a surface to set my bag on was much appreciated. There are nice outdoor spaces, an indoor pool, and a fitness center, plus a Bistro and bar in the lobby. Check the pictures.

The pool was the biggest letdown for us, since we come to hotels for the pool. The online photos made it look much cooler than others around, but when we arrived there were people smoking cigarettes by a propped-open door and getting pretty drunk. I know they can’t really do much about people being drunk, that’s part of life, but after they left, towels were everywhere, half-smoked cigarettes were on a table, and beer bottles were scattered around. The pool equipment didn’t seem to have a proper place and was lying around. We thought they’d had a little party and hoped we could still enjoy it, but when we came back the next morning, no one had cleaned overnight. It was still a mess, with fake eyelashes scattered around the pool. The lobby was very nice for what it is and didn’t feel dated, and everyone working there seemed nice and respectful. The room was nice too, though my daughter found what looked like ibuprofen or something on the floor near the wall beside the bed. She threw it away and washed her hands, but that was concerning. Maybe it’s a chill place if you won’t use the pool, but I’d go somewhere else. I won’t be back.
