We got to the hotel on Monday, January 12, 2026, and learned at check-in that the water was off for renovations. No one had told us ahead of time. A few minutes after we returned from shopping across the street, our truck was broken into. We'd paid the $5 daily parking fee and hadn't been warned about security problems. After the police report, management didn't help while our truck was left open with a broken window. Around 10 p.m. we had to move rooms because the water pressure was extremely low. The new room was also unacceptable, with dirty towels and visible water stains on the ceiling.

We'd been coming here for years to visit family nearby, but the quality has dropped fast. We gave it another try after seeing the remodeling last time, and that was the last time for us. At 11:30 p.m. we had to switch rooms because the shower faucet was broken and wouldn't turn off. The next room had no hot water. I've seen the same problems mentioned in other reviews: peeling wallpaper, mold under the tub ledge, torn carpet, and a big hole in the door where the lock should be. I've raised issues with staff more than once. Everyone has been nice, but nothing seems to get fixed urgently. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's a sad mark against the Marriott brand.

The restaurant across the street was awkward to reach because a fence meant we had to walk all the way around two hotels. We also had no microwave in the room, so we took frozen dinners to the lobby, where the microwave kept stopping because its extension cord lost power. Our room felt outdated, the sink drained very slowly, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Noise went on through the night and early morning, making sleep difficult. For the price, this was a very poor stay. We won't come back and would choose the Hilton next door instead.

The hotel staff were very nice, and the food and drinks were good. Our first room had no hot water and was missing a fridge. The second was better, but the shower curtain was coming off the wall, the shower nozzle was loose, and the pillows were tiny. Management and maintenance were poor.
