Riverfront Apt in Old Town Florence!

The river view was beautiful, so ask for a room facing it since not all of them do. The location also makes it easy to walk to several nearby restaurants. The room was decent, though some of the maintenance choices were odd, like putting a long toilet seat on a round bowl. Cars crossing the highway bridge make noise on its steel grating, which could bother anyone sensitive to sound. October temperatures were fine, but I don’t think the rooms have A/C, which might be an issue in July or August.

A solid three-star kind of stay. It was fairly quiet apart from the bridge noise, and shops and food are close by. The room was a little dated, mainly the shower and mattress, but the water was hot. Check-in wasn’t great. I didn’t get to try breakfast since it didn’t start until 7. I probably wouldn’t return, though it may be one of the better places around.

The customer service was great, and I appreciated having breakfast in the morning. But the room was really small, especially for one of the more expensive places in town. I expected more space, maybe enough for a table.

A nice surprise. The room was quaint and clean, with a microwave, refrigerator, and a lovely patio view. The service was extraordinary, they even carried our suitcases up to the room.
