Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth I-30 West near NAS JRB

We stayed March 22-28 and had a fantastic visit overall. After arriving past midnight, we were welcomed kindly by Tiffany from night audit, which got things off to a good start. Debra, the breakfast supervisor, was friendly and accommodating, and the food was very good. Vincent on the afternoon shift was helpful whenever we needed anything. The staff were very nice, and I’d definitely stay again if I’m in town. Weekend breakfast wasn’t as good: there was no regular coffee when I came down shortly after six, and the breakfast sandwich was hard as a brick.

The new building has a nicely decorated, great room. Ours was a handicapped room with a roll-in shower, and the cotton towels were good. The TV worked well, with accessible ports for a Google Chromecast and similar devices. Breakfast had juice, coffee, milk, cold cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, and oatmeal with mix-ins. Front desk service was great too. There’s a military base nearby, so we got to watch about 10 fighter jets take off, which was AWESOME!!!

The team made our several-day business trip relaxing and stress-free, and my family and I would happily book here again. Everyone worked hard and treated us well. Debra even helped carry my things to my room one morning when my hands were full, so I wouldn’t spill my coffee. The hot breakfast had lots of delicious choices each morning, and the kitchen staff were kind and helpful. Maria and the other cleaning staff were respectful and responsive. Vincent and all the front desk employees were polite and ready to help, and Ben was awesome in management. The location was great too, close to a mall, shops, and restaurants.

The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. The door between the living room and bedroom didn’t close properly, though, and the woman at breakfast wasn’t friendly. My husband tried to greet her, but she ignored him.
