Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Worth-Burleson

We came back because our previous stay had great rooms and customer service. This time the first room didn’t have the fresh smell we’re used to, and the linens had a strong odor. Since we checked in after 1am, we stayed the night and told the desk about it at breakfast. Corine took care of it right away and found us a room that smelled fresh and clean. We’re comfortable and happy now. Thank you, Corine, for listening and finding a solution.

Jana and Corine(?) made us feel like family and made this another great stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the showers had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good and changed daily. The coffee was hot and as strong as you like it. There’s plenty of safe parking, and we were close to the Stockyards and Dallas. A 10+ stay!

After a horrific night at a nearby hotel, Corine at the front desk was fantastic. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and I appreciated it so much. The staff showed respect, and the place was clean and good quality. Thanks so much, and keep up the great work.

My organization held two meetings here, and Sherri and Tracy made sure we had what we needed. The meeting room was clean and stocked each day, with coffee, creamer, and even plates and utensils when the caterer forgot to bring them. This location has big-city customer service, even though it’s in a small city. I can’t recommend it enough for a business meeting in Dallas if you want a hotel that’s cost-friendly. Call Amy to get things started. We’ll be back.
