The room was cozy, the staff were friendly, and everything felt clean and welcoming. The location worked perfectly for me, too. I'd gladly come back.

For a work trip, this hotel had what I needed. It's economy level, so I wasn't expecting anything fancy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My main issue is that the digital key hasn't worked on my last couple of visits. I also wish breakfast had a few more choices. Still a nice place for what I came for.

I ended up leaving without staying because of how the desk employee treated me. He looked annoyed when I approached and spoke in a smarmy voice, as if helping me was a bother. My card had a silly sticker over my name, and he asked what kind of card it was. When I said Mastercard, he told me in a condescending way that I couldn't use it because my name wasn't visible. I understand there are policies, but he made me feel like I was trying to scam a free night. Why would I risk stealing a card over a $20 incidental fee? I peeled the sticker off, which damaged the card, and gave him another one. I was so upset and disgusted by his attitude that I walked out and didn't return.

We'd paid for our reservation months in advance and called the day we were due to arrive to check that a midnight check-in would be okay. They said it would. But a rainstorm knocked out the hotel's internet when we got there, and the desk clerk said he couldn't give us a room and would have to cancel the booking. He didn't try to find a way to make it work. I found another place, then asked him to cancel. He said it was nonrefundable and that I would need to call corporate to avoid being charged. Corporate was helpful and refunded us. I'd avoid this location, especially in rainy weather.
