We had a nice jacuzzi in the room, but there was no hot water, and the faucet fell off when I tried to use it. The website listed a coffee maker, but there wasn't one, and the drink machine wasn't even plugged in. The TV was very outdated and barely worked. We needed a second day because our car broke down, and they charged extra for the time between checkout and check-in. For $140 a night, I expected more. It might be okay if it weren't so expensive.

We paid for a jacuzzi room for three nights but could use the jacuzzi only once, on the first night. After that there was no hot water in the shower or sink either, so the room felt like a complete waste of money. It was really disappointing. The room was old and outdated, and it hadn't been cleaned well. The toilet was yellow inside, the room felt stuffy, and the sheets and towels were hard and didn't smell clean. The TV took a while to get working. I wouldn't recommend this place.

They charged another $49.50 as a resort fee for two adults, and there are no refunds. The room's bathroom showed signs of an earlier leak and had mold, and the toilet was stained. When the customer service rep showed us the room, another guest was sitting on the bed. Then he had the nerve to ask, "Would you like another room?" First and last time here.

We wanted to shower in the morning, but the inner curtain was covered in disgusting black mold and the towels were stained. My girlfriend asked at the office for clean towels and another curtain, then came back visibly upset. The manager yelled that he wouldn't move us because they were full, despite only two cars in the parking lot, and said she'd have to replace the curtain herself because he didn't want to. I went down to ask for my money back and check out early. He didn't care and argued that he had a right to yell at my girlfriend for asking for clean towels. It had been a bad night already: the thin walls let us hear someone else's TV blasting until 4 a.m. At first the manager refused to honor our online reservation because he "doesn't trust email." After I argued with him, he gave us a non-smoking room that smelled entirely of cigarettes. A few minutes later, he said he'd found my reservation, with no apology, and wanted me to sign for extra charges for an upgraded room I hadn't asked for. We asked for the room we'd reserved. After complaining that it usually costs much more in summer, he eventually gave us a new key, but told us to use only one of the two beds. I paid for two beds and will use whichever ones I want. Needless to say, I'll never stay here again, and I hope anyone reading this doesn't give them business.
