My heart will always be at the Fairview inn. I lived there on and off from the late 2000s through 2014, and made lifelong friends and met incredible people. I've been doing amazing in life for over 10 years now, with a large home and a great job, but I still think of that place as home. Some of my worst nights happened there, and some of my best did too. If you're looking for a safe place that won't try to take all your money for a room, this is it. I'd take the bad reviews with a grain of salt.

Good location, nice self-serve breakfast, and awesome customer service. My only issue was that the sheets, blankets, and pillows were thin and didn't keep me as warm or comfortable as I wanted. Still a good stay.

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean, but the AC needs maintenance. Our first room's unit was broken, and after staff moved us, the second one struggled too. It reached 94° in the room, and even when we left it was still 88°. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't like the heat.

I wouldn't recommend this place. There are roaches, and Maria at the front desk was very rude to guests and extremely cocky. I did really like Ms. Lind, Ms Kim, and Ms. Tarsha, though.

The bathroom and vanity were very clean, and the room floor looked freshly vacuumed. My reservation was honored, and check-out was simple, taking about ten seconds. But I arrived after dark and wasn't admitted to the lobby. The room had a strong mix of cigarette and sweat odor, and the heater barely worked. Breakfast had no protein, though the make-your-own waffle was very good. Even at the bargain price I paid, there are plenty of other choices in the area, so I probably won't return.
