The staff are amazing and the food is good. The rooms are clean, too, but the dresser drawers won't stay closed, which is super annoying. Parking is all sized for compact cars, yet big work trucks take up the spots. I had to walk about five minutes from the car to the hotel in icy 30°F weather. Maybe that works if you don't mind the walk. The shower was no relief. The water pressure was good as long as you didn't actually try to wash and rinse yourself, and the temperature kept swinging from scalding to uncomfortably cold. I had to keep adjusting the knob, and couldn't find a comfortable setting. For a Hilton property, I expected better. This wasn't worth the money or frustration.

The room was nice once I finally got in, but they told me to come back later at 3:30pm EST because they were short staffed and rooms weren't clean or assigned. The young woman didn't apologize or seem sorry. I picked this location mainly for the indoor pool, which was out of order for the weekend. The AC panel didn't respond, so the heat wouldn't come on and we were practically freezing. I reported it by text, but no one came. The manager never followed up or replied to Hotels.com when their team tried to contact them. There are too many hotels nearby at similar prices for me to recommend this one, especially since we love the Hilton brand.
The room was the one good part. Our wheelchair-accessible room had a fold-down shower bench and removable shower head, the bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The fridge wasn't really cold, though, just cold enough to keep something from going bad. At check-in, the receptionist didn't greet us properly or tell us about the amenities, breakfast, or pool hours. He gave us only one key. There was just one small luggage cart for the whole hotel, and it was in use when we checked out. I had to use my wheelchair to carry our bags instead of being able to use it, even though I needed it after a rough trip. I wasn't expecting Michelin Star food, just something edible. The breakfast was nasty and so hard to chew, like school cafeteria food made by a lunch lady who hated you. The coffee tasted like water with a little coffee flavor. Then they tried to charge a pet fee for my service dog, even though we told them at check-in that she was a service animal. Apparently the receptionist hadn't listened. They refunded it after we went back to fix the problem, but that doesn't change the rest. I would not recommend this place, especially to other disabled people.
The front desk guy made check-in a nightmare. I spent an hour dealing with him and calling the reservation company, which handles incidentals. They had sent an email saying I didn't need to show a credit card, but he wouldn't let me check in. Eventually I got my room key. Then I asked to see the stove, and what they showed me was ridiculous. Do they really think anyone would want to cook on this? Worst experience ever.
I checked out the morning after my first night because the fourth-floor room was in such poor, unsanitary condition. I can't speak for other rooms, but there were cockroaches inside mine, and hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived. The bathtub handle was broken, and when it fell off, there was a filthy greenish, whitish, and brownish residue inside. I alerted management immediately and sent photo evidence. Even so, they charged me for two full nights. They offered no apology, kept saying the issue was “under investigation,” took no action, and refused a refund despite seeing the pictures. A horrible experience. I'm updating this because I can't reply directly to the owner's response. Thanks for replying, but nobody has contacted me about this. Please don't suggest the matter is resolved when it isn't. I've followed up several times and received no response.
