We had ants crawling over us all night, and the stained bedspreads didn't smell clean. I complained and showed the photos I'd taken, but got no apology or offer to take anything off the bill. The manager said my $200 deposit would be returned after the room was cleaned that morning. A week later, I called and was told they were keeping it, accusing us of smoking and saying the room had to be closed for four days to clear the smell. We never smoked in the room. I think the accusation and deposit were a scam, and I don't believe airing out a room would take four days even if we had. The deposit was another problem from the start: the website said $100, but they charged me $200, which made me suspicious. The manager was lazy and rude. I'd rather camp in the middle of Walmart's parking lot than give them my business again.

The room rate was reasonable and the room met my expectations. Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. I'll look to stay here again when I'm back in the area.

It's a basic Super 8, but the place is clean and quiet, and the staff I've dealt with have all been fantastic. I've stayed at much fancier hotels that didn't give the kind of service you get here. They really do care about their guests.
10/10
The room was basic but clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The woman at the front desk was kind and really helpful.

The manager is really kind, which was a plus. The rooms were nice for the price, clean and free of bugs. It wasn't perfect, but we were happy with our stay.
