The room had the refrigerator, stove, TV, and other things we needed, and the price is affordable for Reston. Stores and restaurants are nearby, too. Still, the overall stay didn't feel very welcoming. The room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, and service was slow and not especially friendly. It could've been worse, though.

I stayed in a different room this time, on the same floor but with carpet, and it was much better. I'm writing again to give people a realistic picture, not to complain. You might see one or two roaches; it's an old, two-star building, but it's still a good, safe, quiet place to stay if that's what you need. Mrs Noura is a very helpful, caring, nice lady.

Abdul is the one who really helps here. He's very nice and does a great job at the property. The location is handy, next to Target and wegmans, and the kitchen and sheets were clean. But there are small roaches and sometimes regular-sized ones, and the room quality is low. The AC flips between warm and cold, so I ended up cold for half the night, then hot after switching it. Bring your own shower gel because theirs is tiny. Outside, there was a weed and smoke smell and lots of weird people around; the lobby smelled like pee. If you're coming with family, think it over before booking. For one or two nights at most, it may depend on what you need.

Two men at the desk were polite when we arrived on 5/5. But our room wasn't clean, with food stuck to the counter and dirt and debris on the walls. The next morning we discovered there was no shower curtain. The front desk women were rude, and it took 20 minutes and a second trip down to the lobby before we got one. We were also missing a trash can and trash bag. It was a terrible visit, and I wouldn't want to stay at another extended stay after this.
