We left after checkout without any trouble, and I'd consider staying here again. The room and property were clean, and the welcome at check-in was friendly and efficient. Room 208 was spotless when we arrived, with pleasant, somewhat modern decor. There was a curry smell in the room, noticeable but not overwhelming; I later figured it was probably from the Indian restaurant directly across the way. We made it to breakfast, though the choices were limited to things like waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and fruit. Despite those small drawbacks, I had a positive stay.

The shower barely had any pressure. My water-saving, low-pressure camper showerhead gives a stronger flow. The rest of the property was great, though, and I'd still recommend it. The room was spotless with fresh modern furniture, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They took care of our request quickly and without a problem.
After more than twenty years working on the road and staying in hundreds of hotels, I'd put this one easily in my top five percent. It's quiet, safe, and clean, and the staff were phenomenal. I'm disabled and travel with a service animal, and nobody questioned me about either. They treated me with respect, like any other guest. The owners and managers were spectacular too. Thanks so much, everyone. I'll definitely be back.
The room's flooring was uneven and gapped, and maintenance couldn't fully fix it. At check-in, the clerk listed breakfast items, but some, including bacon, weren't actually available. That made it hard to put together a diabetic-friendly meal. The beds were very comfortable, though, and the shower was hot with great pressure. The location was convenient for the places we visited.
I'm confused by the bad reviews. For a budget motel charging $60-$70 a night, what are people expecting? A newer Hilton or Marriott costs twice as much. I've been coming to Huntsville weekly for work for the last three weeks, staying one to three nights each time with my husband and almost-four-year-old. The rooms have been renovated and are nice inside, and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is okay. I usually skip it, but my husband goes.
