The room was great, quiet, and had good soundproofing, a strong shower, and good HVAC. The front desk staff were kind and helpful when they were there, though if nobody was standing at the desk, getting anyone to come over felt impossible. You'd just have to wait. I chose this extended stay for the price and the kitchenette, especially the full-size fridge and small stovetop. But the listing didn't say kitchen items weren't included. There were no utensils, pots, or even a cup for heating water in the microwave, and no paper towels or dish cloth. They said those items would cost an extra $30-$40 if available. I don't mind a deposit because things get stolen, but I don't want to pay extra, especially when the items might not even be there. I don't travel with kitchen basics, and knowing this up front would have made me choose another hotel. The $21 refund felt almost insulting. There wasn't a hand towel in the bathroom either, which was odd, and no conditioner, which was annoying. I know saving on little things can add up, but I still don't understand the missing hand towel. If they provided kitchen items, I'd stay again. Without them, the kitchen area defeats its purpose.

There was a huge pile of garbage, about three feet high, by my door when I arrived, and the floors had spill marks like they hadn't been cleaned. The beds were bad and the pillows flat. There were no hangers, ice, or kitchenware, not even napkins. I've been stirring my tea and improvising a spoon with my toothbrush. For an in-room kitchen, you'd be better off at any other hotel, plenty are cheaper and better.

Tiffany, thanks again. My room is perfect, and I'm definitely extending my stay. I travel a lot for work, and I've never felt so welcome at a hotel. Your professionalism and hospitality really stand out. The way the staff respect and appreciate each customer made this the best experience I've had with any hotel chain, by far. Five stars, couldn't be happier.

The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. This place is bare bones, so expect no extras beyond towels and a bar of soap. We had our dog with us and made it work, though the extra pet cleaning charge felt too high for what was provided. I wish all dog owners would clean up after their dogs. Sorry, I won't stay again.

Ms. Tia P. at the front desk was amazing, warm, and welcoming. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my choice. Honestly, her top-notch customer service was the main reason I decided to stay here. The location is great, and the place is clean and inviting.
