Comfort Inn Idaho Falls

Broken or malfunctioning things seemed to be everywhere. Earlier reviews had reported issues months ago, and apparently they still hadn’t been addressed. Our room key card didn’t work, and the door wouldn’t latch properly. Nobody’s key card could open the pool room, including the staff’s. The juice was watery, the coffee lukewarm, and the staff didn’t seem bothered when we reported our frustrations. I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s no elevator, so avoid a second-floor room if you can’t manage repeated trips up and down the stairs. Aside from that, the hotel was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed our stay.

The room was quiet and very clean, with a comfortable bed and really nice bedding. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier, though they weren’t rude. It’s a very nice place to stay.

This was the worst motel experience I’ve had anywhere in the country. Staying here, you’ll get a disease, and they’ll treat you like a mark. They just want your money, whether they provide acceptable services or not. The city, county, or state should shut this place down.
