InTown Suites Extended Stay Indianapolis IN - College Park/Michigan Road

This has been a good, stable place for me and my two girls while we transition into an apartment or new home. We’re still here after two weeks, and so far there have been no bugs. The appliances work properly, and the free WiFi lets me work from home while keeping the girls’ school routine. Staff are helpful, and the front desk woman communicates really well. Cleaners do a thorough job, moving things to wipe, sweep, and spray, and replacing sheets and pillowcases when needed. I do make sure to clean and wash things myself before using them.

I’ve been staying here a little over a month. The staff and management are friendly and helpful, and my room is clean with working appliances. The laundry room is open around the clock, easy to get to, and kept clean.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was noisy, with people shouting and banging on walls, and drunk guests talking loudly as they walked the halls. I also saw what seemed like a lot of illegal activity, including people coming and going at all hours to buy drugs, and a group of young kids entering the hotel looking for drugs and asking for money. I do not recommend staying here.

My family and I are still staying here, and we’ve had nothing but a great experience. The management and all the staff have been amazing, helpful, and nice. It’s clean, quiet, and convenient for shopping or whatever you need. Thanks to everyone here.
