Residence Inn By Marriott Indianapolis South Green

The staff made me feel welcome from check-in through dining. Everyone was smiling and interacted well with each other and with customers. Our room was spacious, clean, and well suited to our needs, with kitchen appliances. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good temperature and pressure, and I liked that the TV could swivel. I’d recommend staying here.

Terrill at the front desk really went out of her way to help when my work laptop wouldn’t connect to the Marriott wifi. She gave me the information I needed to get online. We’ve stayed at a lot of Residence Inns with Marriott status, and this is one of the best. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast had plenty of hot choices, plus iced coffee and flavored syrups. There are also lots of places to eat within walking distance. This one goes above and beyond the usual Residence Inn.

I come back every year to wrap Christmas presents, and the good night's sleep is a big part of why. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and there’s a nice large desk. Staff are accommodating too. It’s a handy little place to stay during such a busy time of year. 🎄

We travel for work a lot and usually stay at Marriott hotels, but this is the best Residence Inn we’ve tried. Terril at the front desk is always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The room was super clean, and the rest of the staff were amazing too. We’d absolutely come back.
