At $485 a night, it felt like the location was what we were paying for, and little else. I was on the 4th floor, next to Alys beach, which was convenient, and the balcony was a good size. But the sofas were dirty, the cabinet thermafoil was peeling, and the travertine floor had lots of holes that needed filling. There was no stove or range, just an old rusty plug-in cooktop, and the coffee maker kept acting up. Benchmark (management) didn't respond to my concern about it. The unit needs a lot of maintenance and updating. We also had to take our own trash out.

The location is great, but the furniture and amenities need updating. The stairwell steps are rotting, with a view straight through the bottom step on every floor. Seeing that makes you wonder what other structural problems might be getting ignored.

For a birthday getaway, this place worked perfectly. We could walk to downtown Rosemary Beach, and the location was excellent.

The bed was comfy, and there was a huge TV with loads of movies to pick from. It’s a really nice place, very close to the beach. I’d definitely recommend it.
