Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Irving Las Colin

No issues or concerns during my stay. The room was clean and smelled fresh thanks to the house keeper, Ms. Connie. Receptionist Chesney was a big help too, and went the extra mile to make the visit pleasant.

The room was quiet, clean, and perfectly fine for one night for what I paid during the online sale. The bed was comfortable enough, though the shower wasn’t great and some chairs had food stains. Everyone who helped me was polite. Their UberEats deal came in handy after the concert when it was late and I was tired. The hotel is close to Toyota Music Factory and other fast food spots, and rideshare trips are very cheap.

I usually don’t complain, but this man needs to be held accountable. Around 12:30AM, my key card stopped working, so I rang the lobby bell a few times and got no answer. Then I called the office, which rang repeatedly without anyone picking up. Eventually a middle-aged man came out and complained that I get keys made every night on his shift. That’s completely untrue, and even if it happened, why would helping a guest be a problem? It’s part of his job. He seemed offended when I said that. He may have been sleeping or just didn’t want to be bothered. He was extremely rude for no reason, as rude and lazy as the last man fired for similar behavior. I’ve never been treated so badly at this location. Next time I’m locked out of the room I pay good money for, I guess I should sleep outside so I don’t bother the princess again. I don’t know his name because he wouldn’t tell me. I believe he’s new, mostly works overnight, and isn’t Vk.

Connie is so attentive, and the management is wonderful. The staff here are amazing and make the hotel feel like home. They do their best to work with you through hard times and take care of you as well as they can. I really appreciate them. They’re good people at this location, and I recommend staying here.
