I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived, but the clean, elegant lobby made a good first impression. The room was nicely furnished, and the shower was satisfying with excellent water temperature. I got more than I expected for the price and would gladly stay again.

The rooms were newly renovated, clean, and had comfortable beds, so our first night was great. I took one star off for service because staff accidentally gave another guest a key to our room, thinking it was vacant. I doubt it happens often, and that kind of mistake could happen at any hotel.

I saw so many cockroaches that I picked one up to show the front desk. The person there didn't seem very concerned, though maybe it's not a big deal to them. The rooms were surprisingly cheap but fairly modern, and the lobby was pretty nice. I found the restaurant decor odd, but that's probably just my taste. The pool and hot tub area felt welcoming and relaxing.

The location worked well for an overnight stop, and the room was comfortable. But the shower was broken and clearly hadn't been maintained: there was a handwritten "press" label on the shower head that did nothing, and the head was coming off the wall. The hotel never responded to my complaint. There was no early breakfast option either, and I had to call to arrange the airport shuttle.

The view from my first-floor room was just the parking lot, which was a bummer. The hotel is a good deal for the price, though. The food was honestly very good, and the complimentary breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, see photos. There are indoor and outdoor pools, plus an airport shuttle.
