The rooms are comfortable and very nice, and I always enjoy the hospitality. The staff are so friendly, and every time I've been there they've treated me warmly. It feels genuine, which is impressive. This is also the casino around here where I win most often, and they give out the most free play.

The layout is easy to get around, and there are plenty of card tables to choose from. The slots are fun too. I’ve only tried a couple of food items, but the snack bars are handy and the food has been great. My buddies always pick up desserts on their way out. The milkshakes and smoothies alone make Jackson Rancheria Casino a great stop, they really are that good. Next time I'm nearby, I'm treating myself to ice cream, a bear claw, and maybe a sandwich.

I won $800.00 playing Bingo, though I had to share it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knew the answers to all our questions. Pepsi was the only drink option, and since I drink Diet Coke I had to bring my own. Maybe the vending machine could offer a better selection, including Diet Coke. Thank you.

The resort and area are nice, the facilities clean and well kept, and the restaurants are good for a meal. The hotel rooms are generally comfortable too. I had a decent trip last time I visited, and it seems like a pleasant spot for a weekend away or a nice dinner. If you're mainly there to gamble, though, keep your expectations down. Like many other players, I found the machines extremely tight. I had fun, but didn't win anything and left feeling the payouts were unusually low. If winning is the goal, I'd try a different casino.
